Is this the scenario?

Martin and Zimmerman are wrestling just south of the utility cover opposite the southeast corner of W-6's patio, as suggested by W-3's drawing. Martin takes off his hoodie and throws it northward. Martin and Zimmerman wrestle their way after the hoodie, until they are opposite the middle of the patio, as suggested by W-6's drawing.  Martin grabs the hoodie and puts it on again, just in time for W-6 to come out and see him in it.

Have I got it?

Hey that's pretty close, but i don't think it was the hoodie they're after, maybe something to drink instead.

I really don't think #3 was hallucinating, it's just that light grey looks white at night.

I don't think pulled off is the right way to word it, more like it rided up during the altercation.

Right,  what i think happened, is it rode up or crawled up TM's back, enough to expose his undershirt.

When i had mine repeatedly pulled over my head, i just pulled it off and threw it, because i was annoyed.
But if necessary, it's real easy to slip out of, nomatter how someone's grabbing it. ;)

I suppose the defense could call her to corroborate W #6.  Just how would locking herself in her bedroom make her safer?   She might come across as being a bit flaky if she testifies in court.

Remember that there had been a home invasion in which a woman ended up upstairs with her infant. Unless this is old information ... she locked herself in her bedroom. I think a lot of women could identify with that.

Off Topic, I know...
LOL!  When my friend tried that move, the guy he was duking it out with punched the BeJeebus out of him as soon as his arms were immobilized for a few seconds.  It was hysterical.  He didn't want to ruin his jacket.  Instead his face looked like a 3D map of the Rockies when all was said and done.  His mouth wrote a check his arse couldn't cash.  Still makes me smile after all these years...

This certainly wasn't a home invasion.  If she said she made sure her doors were locked and windows closed she wouldn't have struck me as being odd.

Needless to say, with the break-ins occurring in that neighborhood a woman alone might be a little concerned.  Even frightened enough to lock herself in a bedroom.
