? HOA bylaws, rules and covenants

The HOA bylaws, rules and covenants have not been discussed to my limited review. They would seem to have some implication on the handling of legal case.

I don't see why they would matter in a criminal case. They aren't laws. Maybe they might matter in a civil case of some kind. IMO & IANAL. I think the only reason some people care about the HOA rules is because of the possibility of a civil suit against them by Crump and Co. It might be interesting to hear from some of the lawyers here if Crump might have a case against the HOA or Sanford, but that might go beyond the purpose of this site.

Crump has stated it is a possibility.
