Doesn't the law state that it doesn't matter what Bernie decided is serious enough, it matters on what George decided was serious enough?

Neither the defense nor prosecution provided a copy of the subpoena, so it's impossible to know how broad it was.

The state shows a bit of hutzpah by bringing up Zimmerman misleading the court in the past as a reason they need the medical records, then dismissing concerns that the medical records might be made public by saying a statue prevents it. How'd that work out for the college records?

It's also interesting that the prosecution denies Judge Lester has concluded Zimmerman is a liar, and will automatically disbelieve him, yet they're apparently going to play that card at every opportunity.
