That is a pretty brutal complaint.

The complaint was filed in Florida's 18th Circuit (Seminole County) by MOM in cooperation with The Beasley Firm, LLC, located in Philadelphia, PA.

The Beasley Firm attorneys are:

Jim Beasley, Jr.
Dion Rassais
Maxwell Kennerly

These guys look like big guns.

Paragraph 47 of the complaint repeats an allegation Zimmerman first made in his Sean Hannity interview, that before he called the police his suspicions were aroused by Martin walking 'between the houses'.

Paragraph 46 adds a new allegation, that before Zimmerman called the police he saw Martin 'walking through the neighborhood, including backyards'.

Neither allegation is supported by Zimmerman's statements to SPD. In those statements, Zimmerman said he first saw Martin in front of 1460 Retreat View Circle, and then 'pulled my car to the side', or parked at the clubhouse, and called police. Zimmerman never told SPD investigators that he saw Martin walk between houses, or into a backyard, before Zimmerman called the police.

Paragraph 47 weirdly describes the police call as 'a non-emergency 911 call'. I guess that covers the bases.
