Subpoena for 7-Eleven Credit Card Records
« on: January 30, 2013, 04:01:49 PM »
The defense is asking the judge to issue a subpoena for the 7-Eleven credit card records on Feb. 26, 2012 between 5:15 and 7:15. Very likely he'd like to ID the "three stooges" who came in the store just after Martin, and paid with a credit or debit card.

Since O'Mara's subpoena request did not state why he wanted the data, even though we all know why, please don't discuss "the three stooges." It leads directly into a character attack. One O'Mara raises it, it will be fair game. Patience for a little while longer please.
