Defendant's 3rd Motion for Continuance
« on: June 15, 2013, 09:01:06 AM »
Pardon if this has been posted on the forum elsewhere.  In particular there is a mysterious section 11 dealing with needing the deposition of a medical examiner different than the one who performed the autopsy.  Anybody know what that is all about?

The medical examiner issue is intriguing.

You asked for knowledge, not guesses, so I've got nothing but how much nothing I've got. I've never heard of this before. Not a word, not rumor nor hint.
