The potential juror who was DISMISSED over a Facebook post was the man escorted just a short while ago. He was called "E7" #Zimmerman

You can include links to other sites here, and in fact, should if you are quoting them or citing them. In the live update feed, I just asked that the live feeds not be used to recommend other sites since it is just for our readers' reporting of proceedings.

Did anyone else think it was odd that the  last female juror said she heard Travyon was with his father because his mother was having problems?  Has any MSM publication ever reported that?

I really felt E7 should have at least been admonished by the court yesterday, to discourage others who may plan to try to get on the panel to be a "stealth" juror.  Just to set the example, so to speak.

I read elsewhere that E7 has been arrested a few times, including for stalking, so today's activity may be unrelated to the Zimmerman case.  However, if E7 getting escorted out today has anything to do with the Zimmerman case, then that would indicate to me that he didn't "forget" his posting; his actions were deliberate and E7 deserved more than an admonishment.

E7 was back today? He was the guy from a few days ago. Why would he be back today?

Couple of fresh tweets.  I wonder if he showed up of his own volition and was turned away, or if he was compelled to appear to answer for his sworn testimony.

#Zimmerman: E7, who was dismissed for facebook post 2 days ago, just escorted by security out of building.

I didn't think it was odd.  The prospects are under pressure, and sometimes the answers just come out of nowhere.  I figure she was adding her own patina to "some sort of trouble in Miami," which could be anything from Mom's too busy, to the kid is out of control, and all sorts of things in between. I was surprised that West(?) or Bernardo(?) didn't follow up.

I know of no MSM reports that Sybrina was having any trouble with Martin, beyond a suspension from school and would be better for Martin to be with his father.  From what I gather, those "facts" are false too.  He was not living with Sybrina, and his time in Sanford was relatively unsupervised by adults.

This clears up what's going on.  E7 showed up of his own volition.  He was not in court to answer for his conduct, and it appears he is so far clear of any ramification for his testimony.  It was easy to find him, given "Coffee Party Progressives" on FaceBook, date of 3/21/12, and the fact that he is a guitar and PA collector/dealer.

I remember Tracy's sister Ebony Martin gave a radio interview last year where she disclosed Trayvon had been living with his uncle, not with Sybrina.

I think there was also something in recently released texts about TM's mother kicking him out due to fighting.

I saved  the audio of the interview. Ebony said Tracy was living with her and Trayvon was living with his brother, which would be Trayvon's  uncle Stephen Martin. (She didn't say so but  the reason was because he and Alicia had split up. ) There was nothing in the interview that suggested  Sybrina had problems.

Maybe from the media coverage of the defense 3rd discovery a few weeks ago.
