Maybe all Mantei is doing is authentication 911 calls, and of times for the 2/26 calls by RTL residents.  I don't know if this is necessary, but it doesn't hurt.

Next witness being called.  Rumph may come back later (another day).

I merged the Rumph thread with this one and both are now here. Please keep this thread to the prior calls to police. Feel free to start a new Rumph thread in the witness section if you want to talk about other aspects of her testimony..

Can the Defense offer in all the other calls made by residents concerning suspicious behavior/burglaries/etc.?  Many of the witnesses have a prior history of calling SPD well before 2/26/12.  I noticed an uptick on calls that began mid summer 2010.

Nelson ruled that the prior calls are admissible under either defense argument, prior acts or relevancy.  Defense objection to admissibility is denied.
