Were you an attorney in the court room would you object each time this happened?

I wish at least one of the defense attorney's had the gumption to object or otherwise address the mischaracterization of Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail as Iced Tea. Even when the CST held the product before the jury in a clear plastic bag she continued to incorrectly identify the item in her possession.
Is it a big deal? yes; it is simply wrong to misidentify any item, similarly I agree the NEN call is not a 911 call. JMHO.

I finally figured out what the gray foam mannequin resembles. It's like an extraterrestrial humanoid fungus.

As props go, I think it seems a little bargain-basement, as well as creepy.

Hornsby on Wesh Channel 2 says the significance of this witness is he gave the defense's closing argument ahead of time.  But Hornsby himself doesn't think somebody who never shot another person can put himself into the mind of a person like Zimmerman.

True enough. But this guy is in a much better place to put himself in or near Zim's mind than other people.

Good friend of mine was a SWAT sniper. Had to shoot and kill a guy. I've spent many long late hours fueled by disgusting amounts of coffee listening to him talk about it it--it hit him pretty hard. I think I have a better window into that sort of thing than Hornsby, for instance.

Very creepy. Like an old school Doctor Who alien.

SIDEBAR!

 ;D

Guy objects to an O'Mara question. Tough--he opened the door (responsible gun owner).

DR: GZ had no other options than to shoot.

Guy had objected to Q, Nelson said an answer DR gave earlier to Guy had opened the door.

DR: If a stranger walked up and pushed him in the chest, he would assume an advantageous position and give strong verbal commands?

Q: Would you punch the person in the nose?

Objection, sustained.

2:30 PM

Guy on recross.

DR: He knows what TM was doing at the moment he was shot, in his own opinion.

I thought Guy was going to crap himself when he heard that. He really really expected him to say no.

Not a good question. Gave DR the chance to point out that he was basing his answer on the evidence in total.

DR: He is not an expert on memory retrieval.

O'Mara on reredirect.

DR: All evidence he has seen, especially interview with Adam Pollock, shows GZ not confrontational, didn't have 'warrior mindset'.

2:48 PM, DR excused, subject to recall.

O'Mara asked for sidebar on recall. Nelson said they would take it up later.

That would be a creepy-a** extraterrestrial humanoid fungus, sir. Hornsby and Jeff Weiner of the Orlando Sentinel had side-by-side photos and asked who mounted the doll better.
