And here I'm thinking you might ask a hard question.
That rat Nifong did not get a majority of the Black vote in the primary (44% versus 56% for his opponents) and did not get the endorsement from the Durham Committee on the Affairs of Black People,
In November, Nifong got only 49 percent to win, meaning that 51% voted against him - true.
But what's also true, but Duke Three'es never talk about, is that the "Anything but Nifong" candidate - weak-at-the-knees Lewis Cheek, had a whopping 61% of the electorate tell him "No thank you!"
Where I come from, 61% beats 51% any day! Huuu-yaaa!

Gee, impressive. Apparently you have the day off from all of that scientific adventure tomorrow, since you and your ego are up playing with me late at night.
And what have I done as a journalist during over two decades of work and sacrifice? Get the innocent out of prison; helped to pass historymaking state laws like our state paid King holiday against the wishes of a Republican governor; bring food and clothing to hurricane and tornado victims; busted that same Republican governor when he tried to block assistance to AIDS patients; exposed state government corruption; took on our local police department when an innocent, unarmed citizen was deliberately shot by a rogue detective; stood by the mother of another innocent. unarmed citizen who was blow away by a police SWAT team with a shotgun from less than six-feet away; helped raise the money for a family who wanted to give their child a decent burial, volunteer time to visit our public schools and colleges to talk to students about their future; having complete strangers stop me in elevators or on the street thanking me for coming to their schools when they were in middle or high school years ago, and wanting me to know how much it helped to shape their lives towards what they're professionally doing now; catching crooked politicians, going after the NC NAACP when it's previous president was full of sh-t; going after a local NAACP chaspter prez when he was just as full....and yes, standing up to people like you when you attacked my community in the Duke case.
Now, I'll admit, some of what I've done...because that's what is represented above, just some of what I've done,..may not compare to your job of great scientific exploration (and i hionestly applaud you for it), but I've helped save and mold a life or two during my career, so I have no complaints, and damn sure nothing to apologize for.
