The cross-examinations(if they have the intestinal fortitude to show up)will be absolutely hilarious. And by the way,while Duke settled their employees liabilities for all actions prior to the date of settlement,aren't the 88er's liable,as the court has recently ruled in the case of Burness, for all the continuing offenses they are perpetrating against their victims? |
