Ekstrand is the lawyer for both Andy and the lax team.

Three LAX players, anyway.  Not particularly surprising or noteworthy.

I am delighted that you can find nothing more serious on which to pick.
Eyes have again been bad the last couple of days  and it is now  impossible to rectify anytyping  error here once  a piece
has been posted. The reason for this ruling is  that certain cave-dwellers were in the habit of disrupting dozens of discussiions and then pulling out  all their own halfs of the frequently abusive correspondence.
Now that iis really something  to pick about.
But today, with Troy Davis  before the Supreme Court  and the Jena Six slated to get just a small bit of their well deserved comeuppance, there just isn't time to be picky. In fact,I suggest that you stop worrying  about a letter you obtained by whatever devious means, off the Liestoppers private board over 18 months ago,and get a few Bats to send letters to the District Attorney of Savannah,Georgia ,urging him to re-open   an investigation into how the evidence was procured which led to Davis's conviction and, now, not improbable execution.

Here are the amicus briefs on behalf of Giulianu:

Sydney, those are actually the Supplemental Briefs in Support of MTD (in re: Iqbal).

Thanks,Freddy.I have just published corrections here. The links were sent to me without comment along with a discussion of the amicus plea.I was mortified to discover my error when I finally got around to consulting them.
Troy Davis is getting all my real attention just now.

Regardless of which topic they are posted on, it certainly provides some interesting reading.  This Iqbal case seems to have come at a fortunate time for Duke and Durham.  I always felt this idea of a vast consortium of conspirators was unreasonable.  This SCOTUS ruling seems to me to give the judge some leeway to use common sense.  I am interested in seeing how the plaintiffs will respond.
