Victoria Peterson On Duke "Rape": Sheeeee's baaaack

We regret to report that neither Ms.Peterson nor Mr.Lumaye appeared instead we had Mr.Rick Martinez and Mr.Sidney(not to be confused with Sydney) Harr speaking in defense of Msssssssssssss.Mangum and Mr. Nifong.
There was an air of deja vu:about it all
(1) Nifong is the only DA ever removed from office in North Carolina.Well,it's a good start.How about revoing Tracy Cliine next?
(2)The entire media was prejudiced against Crystal and Nifong-Sure,that's why the team had its collective facesplastered all over the front of Newsweek and the New York Times several hundred other mass media reporters ran equally derogatory -and-now admittedly - equally false material
(3) Duke conspired with the defendants to throw the case. So that is why Duke has already paid Coach Pressler annd the three main defendants over 30,000,000 dollars in damage settlements and the count iis just starting.
(4) This case "isn't about DNA ;it's about identificatiion."Now I just love it when Sidney says that again . After many months he still doesn't seem to realize (a)that DNA is now the standard mode of identification and that (b) there can'not be an identification of an alleged perpetrator until it is first established that a rape ever occurred.There is no such eviidence whatsoever.
(5) Elmo is part of the bankerers' conspiracy to fake the AT and T photographs,fake the timed phone calls to the taxi company,the Chines takeout receipts , the dorm cards,etc.,etc.And the way the Reader's Digest aided and abetted ithe conspirators is just beyond belief. Further Sidney can't seem to realize that Crystal is on timed camera chasing the underage players around the back yard and saying."I'm a cop,I'm a cop".Moreover,she is still later seen in timed photographs trying to forcibly re-enter the house for the third time.There is not a mark on her.
Tarheel Born, one of the faithful bloggers over at LS ,has just received an e-mail from host Rick Martinez.It states that unless Mike Nifong accepts their invitation to go on the show is done with the case.Looks like they dopn't find Sidney any more convincing than I did.
